12:00 - I eat my lunch: salad with tomato, olives, sweet pepper, boiled pasta and mozzarella cheese with olive oil, salt and black pepper, two pieces of bread with salmon; drink black tea with lemon.
18:30 – For dinner I boil a potato, fry poultry and make salad with a carrot, an apple and puree with mayonnaise. I have linden tea with honey and eat 2 pieces of black chocolate.
