You can train your ears by listening to the dictations.
1.Go to a dictation website.
2.Listen to a dictation. Do exercises.
3.Post the name of the dictation, the link and the mark in this thread.
4.Don't try to cheat us by posting fake marks. We are aware of your real progress : )
